A recently formed tropical storm has gained strength in the eastern Pacific Ocean. The system, now known as Tropical Storm Barbara, is currently located about 100 miles east of Mexico's California. Meteorologists are expecting that Barbara will grow in power over the next few days. The storm is heading westward at approximately 10 mph. Ther
